АННОТАЦИЯ: Данная статья посвящена исследованию факторов увеличения объемов производства мяса и мясопродуктов в Российской Федерации. Показано состояние этих ресурсов и их использование в России по данным 2020 года. Дана оценка динамике изменения ресурсов мяса и мясопродуктов в нашей стране. Факторы, влияющие на увеличение объемов их производства объединены в две группы — развитие мясного животноводства и повышение эффективности мясоперерабатывающих предприятий; каждый из них рассмотрен подробно.

Factors of increasing the production of meat and meat products in the Russian Federation

Abstract. This article is devoted to the study of factors for increasing the production of meat and meat products in the Russian Federation. The state of these resources and their use in Russia according to 2020 data are shown. An assessment is made of the dynamics of changes in the resources of meat and meat products in our country. The factors influencing the increase in the volume of their production are combined into two groups - the development of meat animal husbandry and the increase in the efficiency of meat processing enterprises; each of them is considered in detail.
