АННОТАЦИЯ: Проведен опыт по изучению влияния нетрадиционных кормовых добавок из местного природного сырья на мясную продуктивность молодняка крупного рогатого скота симментальской породы в условиях Республики Саха (Якутия). Установлено, что использование экспериментальных добавок в период откорма молодняка крупного рогатого скота способствовало повышению живой массы на 5,61 и 3,81 %, убойного выхода — на 1,56 и 0,44 %. Улучшение кормовых условий в период откорма молодняка крупного рогатого скота в итоге положительно повлияло на способность биоконверсии протеина и использование энергии кормов в мясной продукции. При этом снизился расход протеина корма на 1 кг прироста живой массы за весь период опыта на 12,73 и 8,66 %

Influence of feed additives on meat productivity of cattle

Abstract. An experiment was carried out to study the effect of non-traditional feed additives from local natural raw materials on the meat productivity of young cattle of the Simmental breed in the conditions of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). It was established that the use of experimental additives during the fattening period of young cattle contributed to an increase in live weight by 5.61 and 3.81%, slaughter yield - by 1.56 and 0.44%. The improvement of feeding conditions during the fattening period of young cattle eventually had a positive effect on the ability of protein bioconversion and the use of feed energy in meat products. At the same time, the consumption of feed protein per 1 kg of live weight gain for the entire period of the experiment decreased by 12.73 and 8.66%
