Abstract. During storage, grain ingredients are affected by mold fungi, including Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus parasiticus. This leads to the accumulation of aflatoxin B1 metabolite in cereals, which has a pronounced hepatotrophic effect - the nutritional and biological value of broiler meat is sharply reduced. To eliminate these negative factors, antioxidants of a new generation are added to poultry feed. During the experiment, it was found that the introduction of vitamin C preparations (50 g/t feed) and Mold-Zap (1.5 kg/t feed) into the diets of broiler chickens with a tolerable level of aflatoxin B1 provided an increase in the nutritional and biological value of poultry meat.
