Второй год после начала пандемии коронавируса и беспрецедентный уровень санкционного давления на Россию со стороны Запада оказывают серьезное влияние на все сферы экономики, и мясной сектор не стал исключением. О том, какие тенденции в свиноводстве России сегодня влияют на рынок мяса, и как адаптируется к новым реалиям отрасль, рассказал в своем докладе Генеральный директор Национального союза свиноводов Юрий Ковалев. В принципе, приглашенные эксперты и представители компанийпартнеров в разной мере затрагивали тему адаптации к новым реалиям, говорили о новых вызовах мясному рынку и о тех решениях, которые уже найдены для сохранения устойчивости отрасли, а с ней — и всего мясного сектора.

Abstract. The thirteenth annual meeting of the National Union of Pig Producers (NPU) was held in a difficult atmosphere. The second year after the start of the coronavirus pandemic and the unprecedented level of sanctions pressure on Russia from the West are having a serious impact on all sectors of the economy, and the meat sector is no exception. Yury Kovalev, General Director of the National Union of Pig Breeders, spoke in his report about the trends in Russian pig breeding today affecting the meat market, and how the industry is adapting to new realities. In principle, the invited experts and representatives of the partner companies touched upon the topic of adaptation to new realities in different ways, spoke about new challenges to the meat market and about the solutions that have already been found to maintain the sustainability of the industry, and with it the entire meat sector.
