АННОТАЦИЯ: Перед производителями говядины в регионах с техногенной напряженности остро стоит проблема детоксикации тяжелых металлов в организме откармливаемых бычков, так как эти токсины становятся причиной снижения мясной продуктивности, потребительских и санитарно-гигиенических свойств мяса. По результатам исследований выяснено, что в условиях техногенной зоны при совместном использовании препаратов адсорбента хелатон в дозе 1г/100 кг и антиокиданта сантохин в дозе 500 г/т комбикорма в составе рационов откармливаемых бычков происходит повышение пищевой и биологической ценности и экологической безопасности их мяса.

Increasing the nutritional and biological value of beef in the conditions of the technogenic zone

Abstract. Beef producers in regions with technogenic tension face the problem of detoxification of heavy metals in the body of fattening bulls, as these toxins cause a decrease in meat productivity, consumer and sanitary and hygienic properties of meat. According to the results of the research, it was found that in the conditions of the technogenic zone, with the combined use of adsorbent preparations helaton at a dose of 1 g / 100 kg and the antioxidant santohin at a dose of 500 g / t of mixed feed, as part of the diets of fattening bulls, there is an increase in the nutritional and biological value and environmental safety of their meat.
