АННОТАЦИЯ: В статье представлена классификация продукции из мяса птицы по видам, разновидностям (подвидам), группам и подгруппам. Основанием разделения такой продукции на классификационные единицы являются термины и определения по ТР ЕАЭС 051/2021, ГОСТ Р 52313­2022 и действующие стандарты на виды продукции. Видовая классификация продукции из мяса птицы необходима для разработки правил формирования наименований продукции. Иерархичное представление этой продукции позволяет посредством анализа особенностей потребительских свойств и действующих технологий на каждом классификационном уровне разработать подходы к ее дальнейшей углубленной классификации с учетом требований Решения Совета ЕЭК № 110 от 29 октября 2021 года и формированию категорий внутри однородных групп.

Poultry meat product classification by types

Abstract. The article presents the classification of poultry meat products by species, varieties (subspecies), groups and subgroups. The basis for the division of such products into classification units are the terms and definitions according to the EAEU TR 051/2021, GOST R 523132022 and the current standards for types of products. The specific classification of poultry meat products is necessary for the development of rules for the formation of product names. The hierarchical representation of these products allows, by analyzing the characteristics of consumer properties and existing technologies at each classification level, to develop approaches to its further in-depth classification, taking into account the requirements of the EEC Council Decision No. 110 of October 29, 2021 and the formation of categories within homogeneous groups.
