АННОТАЦИЯ: В ходе эксперимента изучено влияние разных доз скармливания антиоксиданта витамина С (препарата аскорбит) на качественные показатели свинины. По результатам проведенного опыта лучшими убойными показателями отличались откармливаемые животные опытной группы 2, потреблявшие с комбикормами антиоксидант аскорбит в дозе 500 г/т корма. При этом такая доза препарата оказала стимулирующее действие на пищевую и биологическую ценность продукции, выработанной из молодняка свиней опытной группы 2, а также на органолептические показатели такого мяса и бульона.

Method for increasing consumer qualities of pork

Abstract. During the experiment, the effect of different doses of the antioxidant vitamin C (the drug offend) on the quality indicators of pork was studied. According to the results of the experiment, the fattened animals of the experimental group 2, who consumed the antioxidant ascorbite in a dose of 500 g /t of feed with mixed feeds, differed in the best slaughter indicators. At the same time, such a dose of the drug had a stimulating effect on the nutritional and biological value of products produced from young pigs of experimental group 2, as well as on the organoleptic characteristics of such meat and broth.
