The project is laid gratuitousness of the public service , the ability to ensure traceability at the back under the control of the state veterinary supervision of goods from field to fork , except falsification of documents , at times increasing the effectiveness of measures to ensure the well-being of the epizootic of the Russian Federation, and the possible participation of businesses in control of what they products.

Representatives of the business community and the regional authorities have expressed a strong interest in the implementation of the Belgorod region of a pilot project aimed at the transition to the registration of veterinary certificates in electronic form.

In turn, representatives of Rosselkhoznadzor guaranteed the possibility of providing all the necessary technical advice and training to officials of the Office of Veterinary Belgorod region in the IC "Mercury ."
